What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for exports? +

The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product and the destination country. Generally, for container shipments, we deal in full container loads (FCL) of 20ft or 40ft. However, for certain high-value or specialty products, we might be able to accommodate smaller LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments. Our standard payment terms are typically an advance payment (e.g., 30-50%) upon order confirmation and the remaining balance against shipping documents (Bill of Lading). We also accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight from reputable international banks for larger orders. We are open to discussing flexible payment terms based on the volume of business and the relationship with the client.

Can you provide customized packaging? +

Yes, we offer customized packaging solutions to meet specific client requirements. This can include different sizes of bags, boxes, private labeling, and branding.
